Del Ray Glass Permit Set

During my summer at Mark Yoo Architect LLC, I also completed a permit set for Del Ray Glass. Del Ray Glass is a 30,000 sf warehouse commercial building, that underwent renovations that were not permitted within Fairfax County. I was to create documents to permit the renovation with existing plans, demolition plans, and constructions plans. I drew each floor of Del Ray Glass according to old records of plans, and then went to the site to measure the construction plans. The renovation consisted of minor changes on the second floor, but major additions to the third with newly rented tenants. I also created electrical and lighting plans to support the demolished sets.
